Comp Class

Comp class will be run more on the ‘pure eco’ end of the spectrum.

We can play games to elicit specific ideas and training goals, but we want to minimize coach instruction and prioritize polishing of skills over development of skills.

There are more topics here than we can cover in our alotted time. I’d prioritize depth over breadth here. We want to get warmed up and use time to focus on maximum of 3 topics between wrestling, guard, pins, and submission positions. Err towards playing the same game
